Yuxiang boasts two specialized manufacturing facilities, one dedicated to valves and the other to casting. In addition to these, we have convenient access to external services such as forging and heat treatment. Our factories not only demonstrate formidable strength in production scale but also relentlessly pursue quality in product quality and technological innovation.

Equipped with over 30 sets of large, medium, and precision processing machinery, Yuxiang is also furnished with precise instruments such as direct-reading spark spectrometers, testing machines, and non-destructive testing equipment. We further enhance our production efficiency and product quality with a range of mechanical processing equipment including universal lathes, numerical control machines, machining centers, and drilling machines.

Our product materials encompass a variety of steel grades, including 20 steel, 45 steel, 30CrMo, 35CrMo, 42CrMo, 4130, A487-4C, A487-4D, A487-9D, LCB, LCC, WCB, WCC, 304, and other low-alloy steels.

Yuxiang adheres to a rigorous quality control process, ensuring that every valve and component undergoes thorough inspection and testing before leaving our factory. This includes chemical and mechanical property tests, non-destructive testing, metrology, and product type testing. We have successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015 management system certification and environmental management system certification, guaranteeing the quality of our products.

Specializing in mechanical casting, design, manufacturing, and sales, Yuxiang is capable of producing a wide array of valve castings and machined parts. We also assemble wellhead equipment, 6A expansion valves, and flat plate valves.

All our products comply with the American Petroleum Institute (API) standards and have obtained API 6A and API 16A certifications.
